The CCSNH colleges are in the process of converting Social Security number-based College ID numbers to system-generated ID numbers.
Since Blackboard Usernames are derived from the College ID, this conversion may change your Blackboard Username (Blackboard Passwords are not affected by this ID conversion).
If you experience problems accessing your Blackboard account, please log into the Student Information System at the college you attend to verify your Blackboard username.
1. Log into the SIS
2. At the Main Menu of the SIS, select Personal Information
3. At the Personal Information Menu, select View Blackboard Username
4. Your Blackboard Username is displayed
